How to Invite Team Members

Follow this guide to add new members to your team in ValiDocX

Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to My Team
Go to your team management page
  • Log in to your ValiDocX dashboard
  • Click "My Team" in the left sidebar
  • Or navigate directly to /dashboard/my-team

Create an Invite Link
Generate a shareable invite link
  • Click the "Invite Team Member" button
  • A unique invite link will be generated automatically
  • The link is copied to your clipboard

Share the Link
Send the invite to your team member
  • Share the link via email, chat, or any messaging app
  • The recipient can sign up or log in using the link
  • They will automatically join your organization and report to you

Assign Permissions
Give the new member appropriate access
  • Go to Organizations in the sidebar
  • Navigate to /dashboard/organizations
  • Find the new team member and assign their permissions

Available Permissions

Permission Codes
These are the permissions you can assign to team members
project.createCreate new projects
project.viewView projects in their reporting hierarchy
project.view_allView all organization projects
project.editEdit projects in their reporting hierarchy
project.edit_allEdit all organization projects
invite.sendSend invitations to others
